Before placing an order, you are responsible for checking the laws and regulations that apply to the product and to your place of residence, possession, installation, and use. Do not order a product if its purchase, receipt, possession, transfer, installation, or use would be unlawful where you are located. This statement does not remove any independent legal obligations that apply to Next Level Triggers as a seller.

Restricted products and locations
Some trigger systems and other firearm-related accessories—including products described by manufacturers or authorities as forced-reset, binary, or trigger-activating devices—may be subject to product-specific restrictions. Court decisions or regulatory notices regarding one product, company, person, or group do not necessarily apply to other products or to every purchaser.
We may restrict or disable checkout for particular products or destinations, request additional information or acknowledgments where legally required, decline an order, or cancel and refund an order when we determine that we cannot lawfully or responsibly complete it. We will not advise customers to evade a legal restriction or use a third party, alternate address, or other workaround to do so.
Requirements can include age, identity, purchaser eligibility, product notices, acknowledgments, import/export controls, and shipment limitations. If additional requirements apply, we may require them to be completed before accepting or shipping an order.
Product selection, compatibility, and installation
Read the complete product listing and the manufacturer’s instructions before buying. Confirm the exact make, model, generation, configuration, and other compatibility details with the manufacturer when uncertain. A product image or a similar model name is not a guarantee of compatibility.
Firearm components can affect function and safety. Have products installed and inspected by a qualified professional where appropriate, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable laws. Do not use a product that appears damaged, incorrectly identified, or defective; contact us before attempting installation or use.
Order review and cancellation
Order confirmation is not a guarantee that an order can be shipped. We may review an order for address, payment, inventory, product, or legal restrictions. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you where practicable and refund amounts paid for merchandise we do not ship, subject to applicable law and payment-provider procedures.
